Parkers Water Ice is an independently owned and operated small business specializing in homemade Italian Water Ice, soft serve ice cream, and other tasty fair food items.

Growing up in the Philadelphia/South Jersey area I was introduced to Italian Ice as a kid.  It was a great summer time treat that my family and I enjoyed together.

​

As we got older and went to college, my brother discovered that they didn't have Italian Ice at Rust College in Mississippi or the South.  So with the help of my family I decided to change that.  We started selling at events with a carT, then two, eventually opening a store location and adding a truck.  

​

We now offer different fair food items along with our homemade Italian Water Ice.  Parkers is happy to serve the Memphis and surrounding area and help "beat the heat with a cool icy treat"!
